訊息傳遞與疾病 |
Course Objective |
本課程旨在介紹細胞內分子訊息傳遞機制,闡明細胞功能的調節機制,進而認識疾病與其治療。課程內容涵蓋G-protein coupled receptors、small G proteins、signaling of receptor tyrosine kinases、regulation of transcription、signaling in immune system及腫瘤形成之相關訊息傳遞。本課程內容設計以教科書為主軸,輔以最新學術研究進展及臨床治療,希望幫助學生之研究和文獻閱讀能力。 |
